The Comptroller's Office is committed to continuously improving how we conduct business with our many partners. That's what the Electronic Payments program is all about.
Through Electronic Payments, we can offer a better payment option to the State's wide range of "payees" - one that employs electronic transfer of funds to payee bank accounts via the Automated Clearing House (ACH). OSC's Electronic Payments program is more convenient and efficient, less laden with paperwork and check handling, and more suited to today's e-commerce trends.
