All October pension checks are in the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery system. Deliveries to hard-hit areas are delayed, but deliveries are being made to all areas either through normal or alternate means.
If you have not received your check and you live in a hard-hit area, we ask that you give USPS a few days to deliver your check. In most cases, this will be the quickest way to receive your pension payment. If you have not received your check by the end of the week, please call us.
If you have been displaced, call us so we can work with you to ensure you receive a replacement check.
If you received your check, but are having difficulty cashing it due to issues with your bank, you may cash your October check at any JP Morgan Chase Bank. They will honor our pension checks, not to exceed $6,000, even though you do not have an account.
