We serve the taxpayers of New York by helping

organizations on their behalf;
- Meeting information requirements of governmental and non-governmental
organizations;
- Managing payroll operations in a cost-effective manner.
Our primary customers are State employees. We
serve them by:
- Paying them accurately and on-time;
- Maintaining an accurate and confidential record of their employment
payment history;
- Helping them understand their payments, benefits and deductions;
- Helping them pay their bills and meet other financial obligations;
- Helping them save for the future.
