W-2 Reprint Page
The Form W-2 reprint functionally is now available for agency users to view and print 2012 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements that have been lost or destroyed. This functionally will be available until December, 2013 and can be used only for Form W-2s issued for tax year 2012. Beginner PayServ Training
Beginner PayServ training is offered monthly. The one-day session is held at OSC from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is limited to 14 students. Participants will gain hands-on experience working in the training database with realistic but not real data. Some of the topics covered at the session include:
- Enter a New Hire
- Enter a Pay Rate Change
- Enter a Position Change

Online Training Sessions
The Bureau of State Payroll Services is pleased to announce a series of new online training sessions, including sessions on Additional Pay, Job Requests, and Correct Histories.
