State Payroll Services
Payroll Users Group
New York State Payroll Users Group, established in December 1999,
is a partnership between the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC)
and State agency payroll staff. The NYS Payroll Users Group serves
as a forum for addressing the concerns of users of the New York
State Payroll System, operated by the Office of the State Comptroller.
The Group helps shape policies and procedures by suggesting new
initiatives and by helping prioritize goals.
Membership in the New York State Payroll Users Group is comprised of and open to all state agency functional and policy level staff from payroll, personnel, budget and finance offices, as well as representatives from the Bureau of State Payroll Services of OSC.
