DiNapoli Statement on Passing of Assemblyman Kirwan
"New York lost a fair, thoughtful public leader on Monday. Assemblyman Thomas Kirwan fought hard for what he believed in and worked tirelessly to do the people's business. He was dedicated and a rare gentleman in politics. We are less without him," said State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli. "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family."
