New York In-State Investment Program
The New York State Common Retirement Fund (CRF) invests in New York State businesses. Nearly a billion dollars has been committed to this program, more than half by Comptroller DiNapoli since 2007. The program has a primary objective of making money for the pension fund and it has proven to be an important contributor to the states economy by making capital available to small businesses to stay and expand in New York.
