Proposed Revised Reporting Regulation for Elected/Appointed Officials
On May 27th, Comptroller DiNapoli introduced a proposed regulation on reporting for elected and appointed officials
that will help local governments accurately report retirement credit for elected and appointed officials. This proposed regulation supercedes the regulation introduced last September and further clarifies requirements, procedures and time frames.

After considering all submitted comments, the regulation is expected to be finalized during July.
