What's new?

• Vendor Responsibility Profile
  • Accommodates new Statewide Financial System (SFS) information
  • The form is now only one page, unless:
    • Issues are found by the contracting entity or disclosed by the vendor, or
    • Transaction requires a description of the contracting entity’s review process
  • New Attachment A of the Profile for reporting additional information
  • New terms, such as “State Contracting Entity Responsibility Determination” replaces “Agency Certification” (see Part III of the Profile)
• Profile Instructions - Complete Parts I & III for all transactions, standardizes documentation
• Documentation Requirements Chart - Supports new Profile
• All Vendor Responsibility Questionnaires - Form numbers assigned to paper versions, no changes to VendRep System questionnaires
