WELCOME CONSTRUCTION VENDORS

The Office of the State Comptroller welcomes Construction vendors to the New York State VendRep System and is pleased to announce that the NYS Council of Contracting Agencies has agreed to accept the VendRep System online questionnaire as the uniform construction questionnaire (UCQ form CCA-2) effective September 22, 2009. When enrolled in the VendRep System, your company will be able to:

• Find out if your new contract or change order is being reviewed by OSC and if it has been approved (or non-approved) – you can know the very next business day.
• Complete your CCA-2 online once for multiple State agencies to view. If your company bids on multiple State contracts, or submits bids to multiple State agencies, you won’t need to submit multiple questionnaires.
• Revise as needed by updating only relevant responses, easily view the entire questionnaire and re-certify with just a few simple keystrokes.
• Attach documents in response to most questions.

Vendors are encouraged to complete their questionnaire online, however, the CCA-2 form is available on this website in PDF or fillable Word format if you prefer to print and mail a paper copy with your bid.
