Purpose

To provide information about employee mailing addresses

Affected Employees

All employees

Address Line 3 Disabled

Address Line 3 for employee address is no longer available on PaySR panels. Information in that field is not printed on paychecks or direct deposit advices. The field has been disabled to ensure consistency in the use of employee mailing addresses.

The following panels have been modified:

  • Personal Data 1 panel, including "Edit Mailing Address"
  • Payroll Data panel
