*CSEA dues structure is based only on base annual salary, not including any additional salary factors.

Dues for annual part-time employees will be calculated based on their part-time percentage.

OSC will automatically recalculate the dues and agency shop fee amounts for January payrolls. Once established, the bi-weekly amounts are not increased for individual employees during 1999, even if an employee’s salary is increased. Amounts are changed only to reflect the percentage of time worked during the year if the employee changes to part-time, goes on sick leave with half pay, or changes to full-time. This is the responsibility of the agency.
