To notify agencies of an automatic Dues and Agency Shop Fee increase.

Employees in Bargaining Units 31 and 61 represented by Council 82.

Effective Date(s)

Institution checks dated January 20, 2005. Administration checks dated January 26, 2005.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically increase the bi-weekly deduction for Union Dues (Code 202) and Agency Shop Fee (Code 213) as follows:

• $24.42 for Annual Employees
• $13.30 for Hourly Employees

Agency Actions

Notify affected employees.
