Purpose

To explain the use of deduction code 303 (Long Term Care Insurance), for employees represented by the Ninth Judicial District Court Employees Association.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit G9 are now eligible for this deduction

Effective Date

Checks dated 4/10/2002

Agency Actions

Agency must access the Gen Deduction CD (Agency) Panel and enter deduction code 303 with the applicable effective date and flat amount.
