This session will discuss how to develop a capital plan, including the process of identifying capital needs and inventorying, and establishing criteria to prioritize projects. The session will also discuss challenges to effective capital planning, the importance of encouraging public participation and assessing budgetary impacts. We will conclude with resources available to aid in your capital planning.
