This session will help local officials identify the true costs of the services they provide. Without accurate information regarding the true costs, it is impossible for local officials to determine if a service is being provided in a cost effective manner or if cost savings could be achieved. We will discuss tools and best practices available for local officials to use when determining their true costs of services.
