The purpose of this bulletin is to notify agencies of new voluntary deduction codes for City University of New York (CUNY) Health Insurance.
Affected Employees
CUNY employees enrolled in a health insurance plan may be affected.
Background
CUNY University Benefits Office has requested new voluntary deduction codes to accommodate new Metro+ deductions.
Effective Dates
Effective Institution, Current and Lag, pay checks dated 10/07/2021.
OSC Actions
OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the following new deduction codes:

The City of New York, Office of Labor Relations will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes in a bi-weekly electronic input file.Updated agency access is not available for the deduction.
