Purpose

To provide agency procedures for processing payments.

Affected Employees

CSEA employees in the Operational Services Unit (Bargaining Unit 03)

Effective Date

Payment will be made in a separate check, pay period Administration 4L: May 10-23, 2001, check dated June 6, 2001.

Eligibility Requirements

Employees assigned to the winter maintenance program of the Highway Maintenance Division, and who were called out ten or more times during the season, will receive payments based on the following:

Responded To Payment
75% Calls $200.00
85% Calls $230.00
95% Calls $300.00

Employees who were active during the season, but have been inactive since March 31, 2001, will also be paid at this time.

Agency Processing Information

Payments are to be processed through the Time Entry panel as follows:

Earnings Begin Date: 05/10/01 (for active employees, or last date worked for inactive employees.)
Earnings End Date: Same as begin date
Earn Code: COB
Amount: Applicable Amount

Payroll Register and Employee Check/Advice

The earn code COB and the amount will be displayed on the payroll register and the employee's check.

There will be no direct deposit for this payment.
