Purpose
The purpose of this bulletin is to notify agencies of the new voluntary deduction code for Pet Insurance.
Affected Employees
Members of United University Professions (UUP) in bargaining unit 08 are affected.

OSC Actions
OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the new deduction code 490, UUP Pet Insurance.
The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes in a weekly file. Agency update access is not available for this deduction.
Agency Actions
Agencies must notify affected employees.
