Purpose

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform agencies of the new deduction code for a political action fund to be offered to employees represented by Communications Workers Association (CWA Local 1104).

Affected Employees

CWA employees in Bargaining Unit 28 are affected.

OSC Actions

OSC will process deduction transactions using the new Political Action Fund (CWA-COPE PCC) deduction code 488.

The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes in a bi-weekly file. Agency update access is not available for this deduction.

Agency Actions

Agencies must notify affected employees.
