The purpose of this bulletin is to notify agencies of the new voluntary deduction code for Amalgamated Term Life Insurance.
Employees in Bargaining Unit DR who are members of the Court Officers Benevolent Association of Nassau County are affected.
Effective in Administration paychecks dated March 18, 2020.
OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the new deduction code 542, Amalgamated Term Life Insurance.
The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes in a bi-weekly file. Agency update access is not available for this deduction.
Agencies must notify affected employees.
