Purpose

The purpose of this task is to view the history of an employee's special accumulator balances online. This history includes both special accumulator balances and adjustments to those balances.

• These pages are display only; fields can be viewed, but changes cannot be made to them.

Viewing Special Accumulator Balances

Navigation Path

Main Menu > Payroll for North America > Periodic Payroll Events USA > Balance Reviews > Special Accumulators

Steps

1. Enter employee’s Empl ID.
2. Click the Search button.
   Note: The Special Accumulator Balances tab is returned as the automatic default selection.
3. To display all Special Accumulator Balances rows, click the View All link.
4. To return to the "top-of-stack" row for Special Accumulator Balances, click the View 1 link.
5. To display all rows for Balance Details, click the View All link.
6. To return to the "top-of-stack" row for Balance Details, click the View 1 link.
7. Click the Spcl Accum Balance Adjustment tab.
8. View the Special Accumulator Balance Adjustments page.

Result

The employee's special accumulator balances and adjustments to those balances have been viewed using the Special Accumulator Balances page and the Special Accumulator Balance Adjustments page.
