NYSLRS requires your organization provide us with a shared email address to receive this notifications for secure file transfers. This allows anyone who has access to the shared email address to be notified when a file is placed so it can be retrieved before the file is no longer available and you can maintain the addition and deletion of your staff without having to request changes to our process.
