Monthly Reporting

Employers report, to NYSLRS, active members who had reportable wages during the previous month.

Monthly employee service, salary and contribution information is reported to us using Retirement OnlineRetirement Online allows you to make adjustments and/or corrections to your reports, enables you to use electronic debiting when submitting your monthly payments and helps reduce the time you spend on reporting employees’ earnings and service information to us.

We must receive your report by the seventh day of the month following the report period.
