Submitting Time Entry Payments
Since the IATSE salary increase and increase to TTT are effective mid pay period, Time Entry payments that overlap the effective date of the increase will be calculated based on the salary in effect on the Earnings End Date, therefore, the agency must split up the payment dates to ensure no overlap occurs.
These monies are taxable income subject to all employment taxes and income taxes, will be included in the employee’s taxable gross and reported on the employee’s Form W-2.
Questions regarding eligibility for these increases may be directed to the University Manager of Payroll Systems and Operations at CUNY Central Office.
