Bonus Limit
Maximum amount of bonus is $500
Overtime and Retirement
The bonus reported should be included in the calculation of overtime and is excluded from salary for all retirement purposes.
Processing Procedures
To pay eligible employees, use the following entries on the Additional Pay Panel

Payroll Register and Employee's Paycheck/Advice
The earn code OGS and the amount paid will be displayed on the payroll register and the employee's check or advice.
