Required Information Related to all State Credit Cards

Guidance:

Guide to Financial Operations Chapter XIV.10.A – Required Information for State Credit Cards provides agencies with guidance related to required employee information for all New York State Credit Cards, including the Citibank Procurement, Travel and Non-Employee Travel cards and the WEX Bank Fuel card.  Agencies are now required to include the “Employee ID” associated with the cardholder (Citibank) or driver profile (WEX Bank).

Update:

Guide to Financial Operations Chapter XIV.10.A – Required Information for State Credit Cards has been added to clarify that for all New York State credit cards, agencies must ensure the “Employee ID” field contains the employee’s identification number (or N number) in the proper format.
