OSC Actions
OSC will automatically increase the biweekly deduction for Dues (Code 201) based on the annual salary amounts as follows:

Note: The annual salary amounts above exclude additional salary factors.
Dues amounts for employees who receive an increase to base salary, Increment or Longevity Pay with an effective date after January 1, 2019 will remain at the same amount for calendar year 2019.
Dues amounts for part-time, annual salaried employees are calculated based on the employee’s part-time percentage.
The deduction amount for hourly and per diem employees should have Dues (Code 475) deducted at 1.3% of biweekly gross salary, not to exceed $30.83 and exclude location pay and overtime.
